Full Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst II (Remote) Location: Madison, WI Duration: 09 Months Job Description: This position will liaise with immunization providers onboarding to client to submit immunization data. This position will work with immunization providers and/or their vendors in providing guidance and consultation for interface setup and deployment, as well as post-deployment data quality issues. Data Exchange Onboarding Provide technical and program support to client partners that are onboarding to unidirectional and bi-directional web-based immunization information exchange. Coordinate with other testing staff to facilitate testing of messaging format, content and transport functionality. Collaborate with client vendors regarding security certificate management, web-services functionality, and documentation. Following completion of testing process, coordinate transition to production data submission. Post transition to production data submission, work with the provider to assess data quality and resolve issues identified. Data Exchange Process Management Provide regular data exchange status reports as directed by the client Unit Supervisor. Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data exchange specifications. Maintain the data exchange queue and work with the data exchange team to increase queue visibility for providers and state staff. Assist in efforts to facilitate large batch file submission (submission review, system monitoring, etc.). Assessment and reporting Assist in review of the Aggregate Analysis Reporting Tool (AART) assessment reports and provide regular updates to the client team. Provide regular updates on data quality efforts to the client Data Staff for inclusion in data quality reporting. Client Unit Support Participate in client Unit meetings and project activities. Provide support to other client unit areas as directed by the client Unit Supervisor. Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: Experience in work focused on HL7 data exchange messaging (writing/reviewing/etc.) of health data. Experience with work requiring high level of attention to detail. Leading a team focused on data exchange (or similar) efforts. Advanced skill in communicating in writing, orally, electronically and in person. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with immunization records in either an Immunization Information System, Electronic Health Record, or similar software. Experience in work focused on solving complex issues requiring coordination, technical ability, and knowledge of computer and information systems to evaluate alternatives.
