The Role: Call Center Representative | Provo, UT As a Call Center Representative, you'll connect with potential patients who've expressed interest in starting their healing journey but may be uncertain or hesitant. With a blend of empathy and confident follow-up, you'll gently guide them toward booking their first appointment—turning leads into lasting patient relationships. What You'll Be Doing: • Gently guide hesitant patients to book their first appointment with care & empathy • Convert new leads into patients with confident, results-driven follow-up • Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments with accuracy • Act as a liaison between established patients and their provider • Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care • Provide information about healthcare services, procedures, and policies • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and questions promptly and professionally • Follow protocols for managing patient inquiries and issues • Resolve patient issues, offer solutions, and escalate when needed • Verifying patient information, insurance details, and eligibility • Accurately enter and update patient info in the EMR system • Other duties as assigned Who We Are: Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
