The Role This is not just another marketing job — this is ownership. You’ll be the driver of growth, building and executing marketing campaigns that generate real bookings, fuel sales, and strengthen our local presence in every market we serve. Your Mission: When marketing isn’t driving revenue, it’s your job to fix it. What You’ll Do • Build and execute city-by-city marketing campaigns • Manage paid ads (Meta & Google), organic content, SEO, and GMB growth • Develop and optimize nurture funnels (email + SMS) • Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality & conversion • Manage agencies and freelancers to get campaigns executed • Track, measure, and report results in our EOS L10 meetings (twice per week: 1x department, 1x leadership team, ~1 hour each) How Success Is Measured • Lead Generation: More qualified leads, lower CPL • Sales Alignment: Higher booking rates & effective nurture campaigns • Local Market Performance: GMB clicks, calls, reviews, and local campaign results • Systems: Documented SOPs, automated funnels, clear communication • Scalability: Foundations that can grow into a national marketing engine Must-Haves • 3+ years in a marketing leadership role (fractional, agency, or in-house) • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads • Proven ability to design and execute multi-location/local market campaigns • Understanding of sales-marketing alignment & funnels • Strong organizational skills with ability to self-manage • Comfortable in EOS-style meetings (department + leadership, 2x per week) Nice-to-Haves • Experience in residential services or home cleaning industries • Copywriting skills for ads, email, SMS, and landing pages • Familiarity with tools: Go High Level (GHL), Slack, Loom, Trainual, ClickUp • Data-driven mindset: able to analyze lead/sales data for decisions • Basic knowledge of WordPress/Webflow for landing pages Tools We Use • Go High Level (GHL) • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads • Google Business, Google Analytics • Slack, Loom, Trainual • Google Workspace • WordPress / Webflow Location Remote — work from anywhere.
