Serco-NA has an opening for and immediately hiring an Supply Support Readiness Review (SSRR) Administrative Manager supporting the Integrated Logistics Support Team in PMS450, the VIRGINIA Class Submarine program office. As the Supply Support Readiness Review (SSRR) Administrative Manager, you will be on a dynamic team providing technical and programmatic support to PMS450 and the U.S. Navy’s Team Submarine Program Offices at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC! Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact on our military defense and safety of our sailors. PMS450 is the acquisition program office for the New Construction of Attack Submarines and for identifying, assembling, managing, directing, and coordinating the resources required for the R&D, design, construction, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E), and Fleet introduction of the U.S. Navy's newest class of nuclear attack submarines. PMS450 is responsible for developing and deploying a more affordable, nuclear-powered attack submarine with multi-mission capability and enhanced capabilities for performance in littoral areas. VIRGINIA Class submarines support five of the six Navy core maritime capabilities: Deterrence, Maritime Security, Sea Control, Forward Presence, and Power Projection. This is an opportunity to join our growing team to contribute and influence the Navy's future, premier attack submarine. You must have a Secret clearance or eligible for a clearance to be considered. In this role, you will: Be responsible for meeting minutes and official report, this includes managing Stakeholder presentations, agenda and special interest topics, stakeholder requisition management, COSAL Maintenance Action (CMA) Working Group logs, VACL Provisioning Working Group actions and other administrative tasks. As the Stowage Team primary assistant, manage all GFE stowage changes for current submarine construction hulls. Draft and route stowage change letters, maintain stowage files and logs. Change verification is required and access to numerous NAVSUP site is required. Act as Supply Support Manager Assistant for certification requirements that include developing weekly ILS Status Reports and attendance at weekly certification status meetings. Participate in weekly outfitting meetings, COSAL Maintenance Action (CMA) Working Group meetings are also required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: An Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Bachelor’s Degree An Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Expediting work, this requires constant contact with NAVSUP and DLA representatives along with an active NAVSUP One Touch account for status processing. MS Microsoft skills are essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint You must have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, and often under short, multiple deadlines Experience with Naval Supply System and logistics procedures, along with submarine experience The ability to travel up to 10% Additional desired experience and skills: Work experience in the Navy and specifically within Team Submarine or on board submarines is a plus Company Overview Serco Inc.
