Role Description This is a fully remote role for a Head of Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) with a performance-based remuneration structure. The selected candidate will oversee sales strategy execution, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. We’re looking for a high-level networker and deal-closer who wants to build recurring income — not earn a fixed salary. This is a 100% performance-based opportunity with strong monthly recurring commissions. Our clients pay monthly retainers. That means every deal you close generates recurring monthly commissions.
