What You'll Earn Compensation Package: • 100% Commission Structure with $100K-$300K+ annual earning potential • Comprehensive bonus program (monthly + quarterly incentives) • Monthly mileage reimbursement and phone allowance • Medical insurance coverage Our top performers consistently exceed $100K annually Your Role Core Responsibilities: • Convert high-quality, pre-qualified leads into satisfied clients • Create detailed site measurements and professional 2D/3D design renderings • Present compelling design concepts to prospective clients • Prepare comprehensive proposals and close sales • Maintain ongoing relationships through strategic follow-up and referral development • Network with contractors, architects, and industry professionals • Expand business through relationship building and referrals Focus on What You Do Best: Our experienced project managers handle all construction oversight, allowing you to dedicate your time to design and client relationships.
