As Senior Analyst, Marketing Data Science, you'll be driving data-driven solutions that optimize our marketing investments and amplify our impact. The work you do will impact beauty, as you deliver insights through sophisticated Marketing Mix models that shape how we connect with clients across every channel. What You'll Do: • Evaluate Marketing Effectiveness. Provide ongoing evaluation of marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models, delivering insights that optimize our marketing investments and drive business growth. • Drive Day-to-Day Marketing Analytics. Collaborate on day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities such as data delivery, analytics processes, interpretation of findings, insight delivery, and stakeholder alignment, with an emphasis on Marketing Mix models and time series analysis. • Design Data-Driven Solutions. Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, and then partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to design, develop, and complete analytical processes and solutions that derive insights addressing stakeholders' stated objectives. • Shape the Marketing Effectiveness Roadmap. Actively consult with stakeholders to validate and update as needed a defined marketing effectiveness roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term business priorities, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. • Support Executive Engagement. Support the Senior Director on executive engagement materials and critical business needs, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. • Tell the Story Behind the Data. Communicate complex concepts in a simple way, articulating findings that are not always straightforward or intuitive and telling the story of campaign performance to diverse audiences across the organization. What You'll Bring: • Proven Analytics Experience. 1-5 years of analytics experience with a strong foundation in data analysis, interpretation, and insight delivery that drives business decisions. • Marketing Mix Modeling Expertise. Experience running Marketing Mix Models or other time series models, with the ability to develop, analyze, and derive actionable insights from sophisticated analytical frameworks. • Paid Media Knowledge. Paid Media marketing or analytics experience, either at a digital agency or client side. Programmatic and/or Paid Social experience preferred with some knowledge of Paid Search, Affiliate, or Video a plus. • Technical Proficiency. Experience with R and SQL, with the ability to leverage technical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently and accurately. • Exceptional Communication Skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate findings that are not always straightforward or intuitive. Strong storytelling abilities to communicate complex concepts in a simple way and translate campaign performance into actionable insights. • Detail-Oriented with Strategic Focus. Great attention to detail, with the ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand and maintaining perspective on broader business objectives. • Collaborative Mindset. High sense of integrity and respect for others, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Adaptability and Resilience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload without becoming overwhelmed. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to accept feedback, with a growth mindset that continuously seeks to learn, improve, and innovate in the field of marketing analytics. #LI-MMG The annual base salary range for this position is $123,930.00 - $138,510.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
