Role Overview: As a Licensed Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business by quoting insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects. You will provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. This role offers flexibility with options to work from a Sentry office location or remotely from home. What You'll Do: - You will quote insurance policy premiums accurately to incoming sales prospects. - You will provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers. - You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Property and Casualty insurance products. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license. - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of Sentry Insurance products and services. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
