What You'll Do: - You will quote insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects accurately and efficiently. - You will provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met. - You will assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage details. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and improve service quality. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve customers. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and CRM software. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of Sentry Insurance products and services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications.
