Role Overview: As a Licensed Direct Sales Representative - P&C, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and retention of Sentry’s personal and specialty lines insurance products. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service while meeting sales and profit objectives. What You'll Do: - You will sell and service Sentry’s specialty lines including Non-Standard Auto and Motorcycle insurance. - You will manage personal lines products such as Homeowners and Auto insurance. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. - You will stay informed about product offerings and regulatory requirements across various states. - You will provide expert advice to clients to help them select the best insurance coverage. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You possess at least 2 years of direct sales experience in insurance or a related field. - You have strong knowledge of personal and specialty lines insurance products. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Non-Standard Auto and Motorcycle insurance sales. - Familiarity with multi-state insurance regulations. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional insurance certifications or designations.
