Role Overview: As a Licensed Direct Sales Representative - P&C, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and retention of Sentry’s personal and specialty lines insurance products. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service while meeting sales and profit objectives. What You'll Do: - You will sell and service Sentry’s specialty lines including Non-Standard Auto and Motorcycle insurance. - You will manage personal lines products such as Homeowners and Auto insurance. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. - You will stay informed about product offerings and regulatory requirements across various states. - You will provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options and policy details. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies. What You Bring: - You have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. - You bring at least 2 years of direct sales experience in the insurance industry. - You possess strong knowledge of personal and specialty lines insurance products. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. - You have the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience selling Non-Standard Auto or Motorcycle insurance. - Familiarity with multi-state insurance regulations. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional insurance licenses or certifications.
