Description Sentinel is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, improvement, and lifecycle management of our Polymer Vessel, Treatment Skid, and Pilot Test Product Lines. This role blends technical product expertise, customer insight, and internal coordination to ensure Sentinel delivers best-in-class solutions to customers across the water treatment market. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, CAD design, manufacturing, sales, and business development to strengthen competitiveness, optimize product quality, and support the execution of Sentinel's rapidly expanding PFAS and GAC treatment projects. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development • Own the full lifecycle of polymer vessel, treatment skid, and pilot testing product lines—from concept to commercialization • Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology requirements • Define product roadmaps, improvements, and new feature opportunities Cross-Functional Leadership • Collaborate with Engineering, CAD Designers, and Manufacturing to ensure all products are built to specifications, cost targets, and quality standards • Work with Sales, BD, and Marketing to create product positioning, technical materials, and sales enablement tools Technical Product Stewardship • Maintain expert-level understanding of product specifications, performance parameters, and applications in PFAS and GAC water treatment • Support pilot test planning, equipment selection, specification updates, and customer technical discussions Commercial Support • Provide technical insights to Business Development for major bids, proposals, and client presentations Assist in evaluating product pricing strategies and margins Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Product Management, or related field • 5+ years of technical product management, engineering, or related experience—preferably in water treatment, filtration, industrial equipment, or environmental technologies • Strong technical understanding of treatment processes and equipment design • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for sales, customers, and leadership • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with PFAS treatment systems, GAC systems, or polymer/steel vessel fabrication • Prior involvement with pilot testing programs or modular skid systems • Background working in high-growth or technically complex product environments • Ability to self-perform CAD work in Fusion or SolidWorks as needed Benefits • Paid Holidays • Medical / Dental / Vision coverage • Health savings account (HSA) • Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment Insurance • Voluntary Life Insurance • 401k with a company match • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program • Professional Development Programs • Employee Referral Programs • Voluntary Benefits Offered #INDLP About Sentinel Water Solutions Sentinel Water Solutions, a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, is a dedicated unit focused on delivering cost-effective, turnkey treatment systems for PFAS and other emerging contaminants in drinking and wastewater.
