Full Description

About us: SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact confidently with one another. By building the future of identity verification in the United States and reinventing the currently clunky, ineffective, and expensive process, we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better. We’ve had tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Already our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, beginning with financial services. In 2021, we raised a $70M Series B round, led by Craft Ventures to rapidly scale our best in class products. We’ve earned coverage and awards from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list consecutively since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even been a part of history -- we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives. Role: SentiLink earns trust with prospects and customers (“partners”) by quantifying value with clear, data-backed business cases. The Solution Analytics team turns pilot datasets into rigorous retrospectives and ROI narratives that inform partner decisions and accelerate adoption. We also support existing partners with targeted, high-impact analyses that surface opportunities, de-risk implementations, and demonstrate ongoing value. We’re looking for an analyst who blends business acumen with analytical rigor—someone who can frame ambiguous questions, structure analyses, and distill complex findings into executive-ready stories. You have a track record of translating data into decisions, building compelling presentations, and delivering them to senior stakeholders. Success in this role means owning the end-to-end analytics workflow (from scoping and methodology through insights and recommendations), communicating crisply, and influencing outcomes across Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering. This is a remote, US-based role. Responsibilities: Conduct client discovery calls with account executives. Meet with clients to discuss fraud strategies to mitigate risk. Strategizing with the sales team to ensure alignment with partner’s needs. Create and deliver presentations aligned to proposed solution value. Support the sales team with all technical related queries. Establish best practices across all solution analytics team members through effective coaching. Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials. Identity relevant insights, e.g., based on emerging fraud tactics, and collaborate on publishing Develop relationships and maintain customer relationships. Requirements: 3-5 years work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm (bonus if the role had an analytical focus) Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, a quick learner, drives work independently Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity High-level communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way Attention to detail Sales experience Technical skills: you should be a pro with Google docs, sheets & slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python a plus Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering (ability to write scripts), a plus Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States Salary Range: $160,000/year - $190,000/year + equity + benefits Perks: Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles) Flexible paid time off Regular company-wide in-person events Home office stipend, and more!
