Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. This role involves managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with heavy equipment operation. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in materials handling and order fulfillment. Duties • Load and unload shipments using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment • Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following specified procedures • Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently and accurately • Utilize cranes and other mechanical tools for heavy lifting and materials handling • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards during all operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times • Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed • Support warehouse supervision in daily operations and process improvements Experience • Prior experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or shipping & receiving preferred • Hands-on experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, or cranes required; certification is a plus • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RFID scanners preferred • Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation beneficial • Experience with construction or heavy lifting tasks advantageous • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations applicable to warehouse environments • Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus but not required • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management Pay: $22.29 - $26.84 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
