City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple inter-related technical projects within the Technical Program Management Office (PMO). This role ensures that projects align with business objectives, meet strategic goals, and adhere to best practices in program and project management. The IT Program Manager provides centralized expertise, governance, and support, driving efficiency and ensuring successful project execution. The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple inter-related technical projects within the Technical Program Management Office (PMO). This role ensures that projects align with business objectives, meet strategic goals, and adhere to best practices in program and project management. The IT Program Manager provides centralized expertise, governance, and support, driving efficiency and ensuring successful project execution. Education Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Certification/Licensure No specific certification or licensure requirements Experience Required to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management with a degree Required to have 5 years of related experience without a degree We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $106,080 - $176820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
