You will be the primary support and engineering contact for the customer’s Azure support experience, driving resolution of complex critical problems. Additionally, you will escalate issues and drive prioritization of platform and support improvement needs for customers.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in the software industry and demonstrated IT experience supporting enterprise-level applications. A minimum of 2 years of cloud experience is also required.

You will also act as the voice of the customer within Azure to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of platform/support improvement needs for customers.
