In this role, you’ll lead the seamless integration of our AI solutions within the care ecosystem, bringing transformative change to seniors' lives. Your hands-on expertise will ensure training clients and driving ongoing engagement as well as a successful deployment, installing our product. With every installation and interaction, you’ll help our clients navigate the post-sale journey while building relationships that matter.Key ResponsibilitiesPresent Sensi’s AI product and value proposition to clients and families during field visits.Conduct on-site installations and training in seniors' homes, ensuring seamless deployment of devices and routers.Manage client onboarding from post-sale to full integration, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients and referral partners, such as hospitals, care communities, and government agencies.Gather and document client feedback to inform product development and customer experience improvements.Collaborate internally across departments to deliver actionable insights that drive product and process improvements.
