Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make a senior’s life easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort of your home. We hold the Basic Home License in MN and we are committed to delivering high-quality and consistent care. Position: In-Home Care Operations Manager Part time (25-30 hours/week) I Leadership Role in Home Care Key Responsibilities and Tasks: • Recruit & Onboard caregivers • Conduct interviews • Onboard employees • Monitor training, background checks & TB tests • Assist with Care Scheduling • Take inbound calls • Schedule open shifts • Cover after hours phones (2) weekends per month • Assist with Lead Generation • Work in CRM and track prospects through the buying cycle • Send emails, text messages and make calls • Assist with building our Referral Sources • Network and attend events as needed in the community Required Qualifications: • Computer Proficiency (capability to quickly learn various platforms) • Ability to multitask • Strong communication and organization skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: • Scheduling experience in home care, specifically WellSky • Background in home care or senior care • Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills Compensation & Schedule • Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience (From $20 per hour) • Flexible schedule based on agency needs, approx. 25-30 hours/week • Opportunity to grow into Director-level as agency grows • Supportive work environment • Weekend phone coverage expected at least 2 weekends a month • Work location is from home and in the community conducting interviews & attending events • Our Territory includes southern Maple Grove wrapping down and around the Southwest Metro (Carver/Scott County) through Bloomington, interviews and events will generally be within our coverage territory Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
