Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid – in-office 2–3 days/week preferred; open to strong remote candidates) About Senior Proof Senior Proof is on a mission to help families keep their loved ones safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We’re scaling quickly and need a Director of Marketing to architect, lead, and optimize our entire marketing function. Role Overview The Director of Marketing is the strategic and hands-on owner of our brand and demand engine. You’ll define the marketing strategy, build the plan, lead execution (through a mix of in-house team and partners), and constantly optimize for measurable results. This role is for someone who loves strategy and data as much as storytelling and creative, and who can move comfortably between high-level planning and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy that supports revenue, market expansion, and brand positioning. • Build and manage a small, high-performing marketing team (in-house + freelancers/agencies as needed). • Partner closely with leadership to align marketing, sales, and operational priorities. • Translate company goals into clear marketing objectives, roadmaps, and campaigns. Brand & Positioning • Clarify and continually refine Senior Proof’s brand narrative, value proposition, and messaging . • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: website, social media, print, email, partner materials, events, PR, podcast and internal communications. • Lead development of marketing collateral: brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and educational resources. Demand Generation & Digital • Own a full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid and organic channels. • Oversee campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other appropriate channels with a focus on lead quality and cost per acquisition, not just volume. • Ensure strong tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, analytics) is in place so we know what’s working. • Drive testing and optimization of landing pages, instant forms, and funnels to improve conversion rates. Content, Social & Community • Set the content strategy and calendar for caregivers, seniors, and professional partners (social, blog, email, video, webinars, etc.). • Oversee all social channels, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and growth, and leverage content for thought leadership. Partner & Field Marketing • Support B2B and partnership efforts with tailored materials and campaigns for healthcare organizations, community partners, and referral sources. • Collaborate with the team on event strategy (conferences, webinars, community events) and ensure we maximize lead capture and follow-up. Analytics, Budget & Reporting • Define and own key marketing KPIs (e.g., cost per lead, cost per booked evaluation, conversion rates, channel ROI, engagement metrics). • Build dashboards and regular reporting for the leadership team; highlight insights and clear recommendations. • Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance and strategic priorities. Qualifications • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead or director-level role. • Experience in B2C or B2B2C services; healthcare, senior care, home services, or related fields are a strong plus. • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies. • Hands-on familiarity with: • Meta Ads Manager and/or similar paid social platforms • Google Ads & basic SEO/SEM concepts • Analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) • CRM and email marketing platforms • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute and iterate quickly. • Excellent copywriting and communication skills • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or internal creative resources. What Success Looks Like • Clear, consistent brand presence that reflects Senior Proof’s mission • Measurable improvements in core KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, engagement). • A streamlined marketing operation with documented processes, reporting, and learnings. • Strong alignment and communication between marketing, sales, operations, and leadership.
