Full Description

Salesforce Technical Writer Full Time, Remote Public Trust Referral bonus- $1,000 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Writer to join our Release Team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, process knowledge, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and document technical release team processes and workflows • Write clear, testable release team's user stories with acceptance criteria • Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Success Factors: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business users • Commitment to professional growth and learning Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred: • Experience with Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategy, SFDX source driven development, change sets, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado and Github workflows) • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder) • Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.
