IT Project Lead (SME) Full Time, Washington, DC TS clearance with /SCI eligibility required **This position is contingent upon contract award** Job Description: The IT Project Lead will serve as the ISaaS Technical Director and Team Lead, responsible for the overall management, implementation, and performance of the SCOR 43 program. This individual will act as the primary point of contact with FBI representatives and ensure the successful execution of all program objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage all teams within the ISaaS program, ensuring alignment with FBI policies and objectives. Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with performance standards. Develop and implement Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. Supervise and train personnel, ensuring team readiness and adherence to FBI security requirements. Perform risk assessments, identify business threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks to systems and data. Utilize the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to manage information security incidents and ensure compliance. Collaborate with FBI teams to enhance security operations and response capabilities. Prepare and deliver program reports, including financial forecasts and performance reviews. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 9 years of relevant experience OR Master's and 7 years of experience. Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably in federal cybersecurity programs. Expertise in NIST RMF, FISMA compliance, and federal security standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to obtain and maintain SCI access. Estimated Location: NCR (J.
