The specialist will be responsible for managing the development, application, and optimization of pressure-sensitive tape products. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on product design, conducting performance tests, providing technical consultation to customers, ensuring product quality, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements. The role may also involve troubleshooting product application challenges and providing solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of pressure-sensitive tape applications, product development, and material properties • Skills in customer consultation, troubleshooting, and tailored problem-solving • Experience in technical testing and analysis to ensure product quality • Ability to research industry trends and integrate enhancements into product lines • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards • Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site responsibilities • Familiarity with adhesive technologies is a plus • Previous experience in a similar field or relevant technical expertise preferred
