Job Summary: The Vice President, Servicing Delivery Operations Support provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all enterprise activities related to change management, issue management, policy and procedure governance, and quality assurance within the mortgage servicing division. This role is accountable for setting the strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across servicing operations. The Vice President, Servicing Delivery Operations Support leverages cross-functional influence to anticipate industry trends, steer transformative initiatives, and position the organization as a leader in mortgage servicing. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the strategic vision for servicing operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance. Lead transformational change initiatives that modernize processes, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable operational excellence across the servicing organization. Establish and enforce comprehensive governance frameworks for issue management, policy oversight, and procedural integrity to mitigate risk and enhance organizational resilience. Direct quality assurance programs that elevate servicing performance, improve customer experience, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards. Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise-wide initiatives, providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful execution of projects impacting servicing operations. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve long-term operational success. Implement robust risk management and control strategies that proactively identify vulnerabilities, reduce exposure, and maintain regulatory compliance. Ensure organizational readiness for regulatory examinations and audits, delivering successful outcomes through rigorous oversight and proactive engagement. Drive cross-functional collaboration with risk, compliance, legal, technology, and business leaders to align servicing objectives with enterprise priorities. Anticipate and respond to emerging industry trends and regulatory changes, positioning the organization as a leader in mortgage servicing and operational excellence. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all servicing functions. Influence enterprise strategy through policy governance and operational leadership, shaping decisions that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Demonstrated executive leadership with a proven track record of driving transformational change and operational excellence within mortgage servicing, change management, and quality assurance functions. Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in senior management roles, overseeing large-scale, cross-functional teams and complex business initiatives in mortgage servicing or related financial services. Deep expertise in regulatory compliance, industry best practices, and strategic policy development, with a reputation for elevating organizational standards and ensuring sustained regulatory alignment. Exceptional communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive consensus on high-impact initiatives.
