Role Overview: As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to healthcare clients. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from Houston, TX, while assisting patients and healthcare providers with inquiries and appointment scheduling. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy. - You will assist callers by providing accurate information regarding healthcare services and appointment availability. - You will document patient interactions and update records in the healthcare database. - You will resolve patient concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare protocols and call center best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare software or electronic health records (EHR). - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working remotely. - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
