What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, appointments, and patient support. - You will provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. - You will document all interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to coordinate patient care and services. - You will maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records. - You will identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team goals.
