Job Summary - We are seeking a highly qualified Factory Project Manager to lead the setup and delivery of a new manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities • Organize site visits, inspections, and due diligence for facility feasibility • Finalize conceptual facility layouts and operational parameters with experts • Plan and manage project resources including hiring and team coordination • Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain teams for vendor selection • Oversee material requirements from planning through to implementation • Ensure smooth handover to Facilities Team without issues • Maintain adherence to project budget, timeline, and safety standards (Zero LTI target) • Monitor project performance using management tools and systems • Lead core and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals • Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project Qualifications • Master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of manufacturing management experience, including factory startup expertise • Proven skills in panel construction and electronic assembly Essential Skills • Manufacturing Management: Expertise in startup and operations of industrial manufacturing facilities • Electronics & Panel Construction: Solid technical background in relevant electronic components and assembly • Project Leadership: Effective in leading teams, planning resources, and managing vendors • Organizational & Time Management: Skilled at handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines • ERP & Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel and ERP systems for budget, timeline, and performance tracking • Health & Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in regulatory standards and committed to Zero LTI • Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Experience managing supplier relationships and material delivery
