We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to grow our client base and deepen existing relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored talent solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business and drive revenue growth. • Conduct market research to target clients and analyze competitive trends. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through contract close. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for workforce planning. • Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. • Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and client retention using CRM tools. • Report on sales performance and share market insights to support business strategy. Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within staffing and recruitment. • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment services, including HR, procurement, and executive engagement. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
