Role: Java Backend Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration : Fulltime (Remote) Job Description:- • Java, Spring Boot • Quarkus • PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora) • Strong experience in AWS, specifically AWS Lambda, EventBridge, S3 • Redis or similar distributed caching platforms • API integrations • Microservices Architecture, domain-driven design Must have: Deep understanding of health benefits administration, ICHRA regulations, HRIS workflows, and employer/employee enrollment processes. Good to have: Familiarity with carrier operations, funding reconciliation, and regulatory audit requirements.
