Private Credit Senior Associate A Southeast-based Private Credit firm is seeking a Private Credit Senior Associate to join their team. The firm invests in middle-market companies and has over a billion in committed capital. The firm is industry agnostic, so this opportunity provides great exposure to many industries including business services, consumer, industrial and manufacturing. As a Private Credit Senior Associate, you would have the opportunity to join a lean deal team and get extensive hands-on transaction exposure. The Private Credit Senior Associate will be responsible for: • Execution of broader market and industry research • Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for various investment targets • Take point on due diligence processes • Monitor existing investment portfolio • Assisting the team with operating/portfolio company work The Private Credit Senior Associate should have the following qualifications: • 4-7 years of relevant experience, including Investment Banking (M&A) and/or Private Credit or Private Equity investing • Bachelor's Degree • Superior financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills (there will be a modeling test) • Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethic • Prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing and/or consumer
