KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and the company web portal. Manage time-specific pickups and deliveries for Ocean and Air shipments. Oversee breakbulk operations for import shipments, including coordinating with overseas offices for quotations, routing, and destination services, as well as collating import documents and submitting them to brokerage for customs clearance. Handle operations system data entry and manage communications through customer web portals. Produce all necessary documents for customs clearance and delivery, including HAWB, arrival notices, delivery orders, etc. Act as the final checkpoint to ensure all required documentation is accurately provided by origin stations. Ensure all origin freight and documents are ready for carriage. Monitor customs clearance status with brokerage. Monitor pickup availability with the terminal. Monitor pickup and delivery status with truck carriers. Assist stations with import documentation; review and provide guidance as needed. Support stations and sales teams with air/ocean import quotations. Keep the sales team informed of any major lane developments. Rate and enter costs into the system and issue billing invoices to customers. Research and respond to requests from foreign agents. Determine routings for overseas shipments and origin movements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED required. 2-5 years related experience. Preferred: None SPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS: None Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $63,600 - $90,900 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
