Overview As a Contracts Manager at Seismic, you will be a key business partner to our sales, legal, and revenue operations teams, managing the entire contract lifecycle to accelerate deals and minimize risk. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our revenue engine while working with cutting-edge SaaS technology in a fast-paced, growth environment. Who you are: 5+ years of experience negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial contracts Proven experience in SaaS or technology industry with deep understanding of subscription business models Experience partnering with Go To Market organizations on sell-side deals Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume deal environment Commitment to a support and resolution mentality Passion for deal-making and revenue enablement Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience with CLMs and CRMs Strong analytical skills with ability to assess risk and business impact Bachelor’s degree Bonus points if you have: Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company Experience with Salesforce Experience with AI products and regulations impacting AI products Understanding of enterprise sales processes and revenue recognition principles Experience with international contracts and compliance requirements What you'll be doing: Negotiate, draft, and manage complex SaaS contracts including subscription agreements, professional services agreements, order forms, and strategic partnerships Lead contract lifecycle management from initial draft through execution and renewal, ensuring optimal terms and accelerated deal closure Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to support revenue objectives and business strategy Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations on contract terms and deal structures Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms to streamline the sales process Support sales teams with real-time deal guidance, contract analysis, and negotiation strategy Manage contract amendments, renewals, and expansions Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies across all contract activities Identify and develop process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in the contracting process What we have for you: At Seismic, we’re committed to providing benefits and perks for the whole self. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $93,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr.This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan. #LI-SM1
