Work with our talented water resources staff to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects such as ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and dam safety. Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and growing staff. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Water Resources, or related field. Knowledge of local and state stormwater design manuals. Extensive experience in civil highway / roadway drainage design, engineering, and construction. Drainage system design experience. Previous experience with storm drain system analysis using CAD software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD and Civil 3D Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in civil highway / roadway drainage design, engineering, and construction Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects Experience supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members Who We Are Better Places.
