Job Description The objective of the assignment is to restore supplier operational performance in escalated situations requiring onsite intervention and to secure the recovery of on-time delivery (OTD) performance on a defined portfolio of critical part numbers within an agreed timeframe with a focus regarding performance restoration, stabilization of delivery flows, and structured transition back to nominal governance. As part of the integration of a newly acquired scope of activities within Safran Electronics & Defense, and in a context of significant supply chain disruption combined with strong delivery pressure toward strategic customers, Safran intends to rapidly deploy a dedicated Supply Chain Expediting task force on selected critical supplier sites. The objective is to secure business continuity, improve drastically supplier deliveries and protect customer commitments during this transition phase. The assignment requires immediate mobilization of an experienced expediting team capable of operating on-site, with a presence of up to five days per week when required. The Service Provider shall ensure the deployment of senior, highly experienced professionals with proven expertise in industrial crisis recovery and supplier performance restoration in high-pressure international environments. The initial duration of the assignment is expected to be a minimum of (3) months, with possible extension depending on business needs Qualifications 10 years of experience in the role.
