We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects involving custom fixtures and displays. This role requires a strong understanding of custom fabrication processes across various materials, including metal, wood, plastic, and fabric, as well as the ability to manage projects from concept through installation. The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Our next Senior Project Manager isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, whether that means reviewing builds on the shop floor, resolving install issues, or jumping in when a project gets messy. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for assigned customers, communicating via phone, email, text and project management software • Manage projects simultaneously from concept, engineering, and fabrication through delivery and installation • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, bringing in subject matter experts as needed • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, fabricators, vendors, and suppliers to execute complex custom fixtures and display solutions • Ensure materials, finishes and fabrication techniques are correctly specified and meet quality standards • Oversee installation planning, logistics, and execution to ensure seamless project delivery • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines, budgets or quality • Track project status and provide regular updates, including order confirmations, schedule changes, and shipment tracking • Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner • Drive continuous process improvement in project management processes and fabrication workflows • Maintain accurate project documentation and internal tracking • Perform other duties as required to support team and business needs Qualifications and Skills • 7+ years of project management experience in custom displays, retail fixtures, trade show exhibits, or related industries • Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes including metalworking, woodworking, plastics, and fabric (textiles) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications • Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects concurrently • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as NetSuite • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Willingness to travel for client meetings, production oversight, and installation as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
