Seeq is a leading enterprise SaaS provider specializing in industrial analytics, AI, and enterprise monitoring. We are excited to add a Sr. Launch Manager to our growing team. As a Sr. Launch Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing product and feature launches across the organization, ensuring alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This highly cross-functional role requires a blend of strategic thinking, detailed project management, and a deep understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain standardized launch processes, templates, and best practices for new products, features, and major updates. Lead and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Software, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Training, etc. Drive the definition of launch objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Facilitate regular GTM meetings, managing timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Ensure consistent communication and alignment across internal stakeholders throughout the launch cycle. Identify potential risks or gaps in launch readiness and proactively develop mitigation plans. Ensure all customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary tools, collateral, and knowledge prior to launch. Drive post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve launch execution. Monitor post-launch performance against established success metrics. 5+ years of experience in product launch management, program management, or related roles within a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment. Strong understanding of enterprise software. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Confluence, Jira, and other productivity platforms. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience. Open to occasional travel (1–2X per quarter estimated). Seeq is a remote-first (only) company founded by serial entrepreneurs.
