I’m looking for the best junior recruiter in New York to join my client. You will be a fearless recruiter who thrives on pace, challenge, and ambition. Someone who loves to sell consultatively, who knows how to sell opportunity, and who’s motivated by building something from the ground up. This isn't volume recruiting; this is strategic, long-term targeting, poaching and courting talent to get the best Management consultants through the door. This is your chance to become the first in-house recruiter for a private equity-backed management consultancy that’s scaling fast. You’ll own hiring strategy, shape how talent is attracted and hired, and partner directly with senior leaders. You’ll also have the scope to stretch into people operations and influence culture as the business grows. Talent Acquisition Partner Salary: $100,000–125,000 + bonus & incredible benefits Location: New York| Hybrid (4 days in office) We’re looking for: • 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) within management consulting, private equity, or senior professional services appointments - this is a sophisticated sell • A confident, commercial recruiter who knows how to sell and influence • Energy, resilience, and a track record of delivering under pressure • Someone who’s hungry to grow; ambitious enough to make this role their own • Sales background would be great You’ll join a team that works hard and celebrates wins.
