Full Description

Description: • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through deal closure, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, driving CRM best practices, data integrity, and user adoption across the sales organization. • Develop and maintain robust pipeline management frameworks, including forecasting models, stage definitions, and conversion metrics. • Design and deliver sales reporting dashboards and performance analytics in partnership with Data Science to inform strategic decisions and drive accountability. • Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement needs and develop training programs, playbooks, and tools that improve seller effectiveness. • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align go-to-market strategies and support revenue growth. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Support territory planning and compensation modeling in collaboration with Finance and HR. • Drive continuous improvement in sales operations through process automation, system enhancements, and change management. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or revenue strategy roles, preferably within insurance services, SaaS, or B2B service industries. • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including implementation, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management. • Strong proficiency in Power BI for building dynamic dashboards and visualizing sales performance data. • Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and deliver accurate forecasting insights. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. • Experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive measurable impact. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • High attention to detail and a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
