Full Description

We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. They will also be responsible for other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. • Answer incoming calls and take messages. • Schedule appointments and meetings. • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper. • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed. • Provide general administrative support to staff members. • Maintain an organized workspace. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
