About Seed2Table Seed2Table is a curated platform that connects early-stage startups with selected investors through high-quality pitch events. In 2026, we are hosting 32 showcases across 9 cities, and we’re looking for a strong operational leader to grow with us. Role Overview This is a full-time Director role with a clear path to becoming Managing Director. You will be the operational heart of Seed2Table’s event series, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that our startup and investor relationships are nurtured and sustained. Key Responsibilities ● Operational Leadership: Start as Director and grow into Managing Director as you achieve performance targets. ● Public Speaking & Representation: Act as the public face at all events. You’ll need to confidently address audiences, lead demo days, and represent the brand. ● Startup Vetting & Follow-up: Personally vet each startup, conduct introductory calls, and ensure they’re fully prepared. Post-event, you’ll follow up with investors to facilitate introductions and maintain strong relationships. ● Event Oversight & Travel: Oversee 32 events annually across 9 cities, requiring regular travel (typically Tuesday-Wednesday). You’ll coordinate closely with an event coordinator who handles logistics. ● CRM & Technology Proficiency: You must be highly proficient with CRMs and other tech tools. Detail orientation and comfort with managing data and follow-ups in a structured system is crucial. ● Professional Demeanor: Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders is key. We’re looking for an integrator, someone who excels at execution rather than a pure visionary. Qualifications ● Proven leadership in startups, VC, or accelerator environments. ● Exceptional public speaking ability and comfort addressing large audiences. ● Strong operational and detail-oriented mindset; familiarity with CRM tools and tech platforms. ● Full-time availability and willingness to travel regularly. ● Any financial background is a plus but not required. Compensation We offer a base salary of around $80,000 with a performance-based bonus. While we currently don’t offer equity in the startups, there is potential for future equity opportunities as the platform grows.
