About the Role We are seeking motivated, professional 1099 independent sales representatives to join our team. This is not an MLM, pyramid, or referral-based position — it is a direct-to-client sales role. You will use company-provided data and a CRM system to reach out to potential customers through cold calls and cold emails. Your focus will be on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing deals. What We Provide • Access to qualified prospect data • A professional CRM system for managing leads and opportunities • Product and process training • Ongoing team support What You’ll Do • Conduct outbound calls and send outreach emails to potential clients • Follow up on leads provided in the CRM • Manage your pipeline and sales activity independently • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals • Maintain accurate records of communications and progress Compensation This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position. Commissions are paid on each deal closed based on Gross Revenue: • 30% commission in the first year • 15% commission in the second year • 5% commission in the third year There is no base salary, but the earning potential is uncapped.
