Role Description SEDA Experts is seeking an experienced Client Solution Manager to support client engagements from initial inquiry through expert identification and engagement execution. This is a client-facing, commercially focused engagement for a seasoned professional who can manage senior stakeholders, position experts effectively, and support the conversion of opportunities into high-quality expert engagements. The Client Solutions Manager collaborates with SEDA’s Managing Partners and senior team members as needed to align on client objectives and engagement requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial markets and financial concepts, enabling effective positioning of experts on complex financial matters. Some background or familiarity in the legal or legal services industry is helpful but not essential. Key Responsibilities • Provide client engagement services supporting matters from initial inquiry through expert identification and engagement close • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex, high-stakes matters • Collaborate with SEDA Managing Partners and senior stakeholders, as appropriate, to support the development and execution of client-specific expert strategies • Translate client needs into commercially sound expert search and positioning plans • Lead expert identification, qualification, and positioning to drive engagement conversion • Deliver high‑quality expert shortlists that align with client objectives and timelines • Manage and participate in client–expert discussions to support selection readiness • Maintain urgency, quality, and commercial focus across multiple concurrent engagements • Contribute to repeat business and long‑term client relationships through exceptional execution Ideal Candidate Profile: • 6–10+ years of experience in either an expert network, consulting, legal services, financial services, or professional services environment • Preferred background in finance, including experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, corporate finance, financial advisory, or financial consulting • Proven track record in managing complex, client‑driven workstreams with revenue responsibility • Strong commercial judgment and ability to position solutions persuasively to senior clients • Excellent communication skills and executive presence • Comfortable interacting with senior experts, partners, and client decision‑makers • Highly organized, proactive, and effective under time pressure • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance a plus What Success Looks Like: • Strong conversion of client inquiries into executed engagements • High client satisfaction and repeat engagement demand • Delivery of well‑positioned, high‑quality expert recommendations • Effective collaboration with Managing Partners and internal teams How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your availability and contract preference to careers@sedaexperts.com or apply via LinkedIn.
