The Role: We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to lead and expand our channel partnerships in the Data and AI security space across North America. As the Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with top-tier VARs and Regional SIs to accelerate market penetration, drive joint sales and go-to-market initiatives, and enable these partners to deliver security solutions and services to their customers. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of these partners and your security expertise to deliver value to our customers, revenue for the partner and us and overall enhance our market positioning. Key Responsibilities: Partner Management: Create,, nurture, and manage relationships with strategic VAR partners in the Data and AI security sector across North America. Business Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential VAR partners with a focus on Data and AI security solutions. Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with VARs to build joint go-to-market strategies, aligning securiti offerings with partners’ existing portfolios, and driving product adoption. Sales Enablement: Empower partners with the necessary resources, product training, certifications, and support to successfully sell cybersecurity solutions to end customers. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor partner performance, including pipeline development, sales growth, and certifications in cybersecurity solutions. Strategic Planning: Create and manage joint business plans that define revenue goals, tactical initiatives, and performance targets for VAR partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align on product positioning, partner marketing campaigns, and security solution offerings. Cybersecurity Expertise: Serve as the internal and external cybersecurity subject matter expert to help VAR partners understand the unique value proposition of the Securiti’a security products and services. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company. Proven track record of building, enabling, and scaling partnerships across NAM markets, including and not limited to GSIs, value added resellers, distributors and implementation partners. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity, data protection, or AI risk landscape, with the ability to translate complex technologies into partner value propositions. Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with measurable results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
