We’re looking for a Training Program Coordinator to join our Datacenter Physical Security Training & Development team. This is role provides administrative, systems and coordination support across our global training function. What you’ll be doing • Manage the Physical Security Training mailbox, responding to queries and directing requests to the appropriate teams. • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including onboarding and offboarding employees and maintaining training records. • Support training scheduling, logistics, meetings and webinars. • Maintain and audit training reports, dashboards and data, working closely with BI teams, Field Training Officers and other stakeholders. • Support the creation and review of training documents, job aids, templates and processes. • Coordinate projects and events, including annual Training & Development conferences. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and team efficiency. • Provide a high level of customer service when resolving training-related queries. • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Datacenter Physical Security programme. What we’re looking for • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment with changing priorities. • Ability to build effective relationships and work with stakeholders at different levels and across diverse teams. • Experience with LMS, training administration, reporting or data management would be an advantage. Requirements • Legal right to work in the United States. • Ability to speak, read and write English. • Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening, including background investigation and drug screening.
