Secure The Funding is a rapidly growing mortgage company specializing in NON-QM, DSCR, and residential lending, with a clear path toward correspondent expansion and institutional-level production. We are seeking an Operations Manager who will report directly to the CEO and serve as the operational backbone of the company. This role oversees pipeline management, processing workflows, underwriting coordination, funding readiness, KPI tracking, and overall operational efficiency. You will run weekly pipeline meetings, manage staff accountability, resolve underwriting challenges, and ensure compliance and documentation standards are consistently met. This is a leadership position designed for someone who can build scalable systems, not just manage files, with a defined growth path toward Director of Operations / COO. Responsibilities: • Monitor pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded • Oversee all lending functions which may include, but are not limited to sales, funding, processing, and closing • Clear conditions, resolve any issues and restructure the loan as needed by working with the Processing and Underwriting teams to assure efficient and successful loan closures • Make sure required loan documentation is captured in the CRM and LOS • Run weekly pipeline meetings that go over every loan scheduled to close in detail over the next 60 days Qualifications: • Displays a strong commitment to integrity and client confidentiality with the ability to work well under pressure • In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage processes, procedures, and documentation • Excellent skills in leading, training, developing, motivating, and inspiring teams through dedicated communication and management • At least 5 years of mortgage experience with exceptional underwriting and processing skills and at a minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience • Should be a problem-solver, decision-maker, and self-starter with a can-do attitude who accepts challenges readily and works well in a fast-paced work environment Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly • Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 per year
