Full Description

Description: • Create, nurture, and manage relationships with strategic VAR partners in the Data and AI security sector across North America. • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential VAR partners with a focus on Data and AI security solutions. • Collaborate with VARs to build joint go-to-market strategies, aligning securiti offerings with partners’ existing portfolios, and driving product adoption. • Empower partners with the necessary resources, product training, certifications, and support to successfully sell cybersecurity solutions to end customers. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor partner performance, including pipeline development, sales growth, and certifications in cybersecurity solutions. • Create and manage joint business plans that define revenue goals, tactical initiatives, and performance targets for VAR partners. • Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align on product positioning, partner marketing campaigns, and security solution offerings. • Serve as the internal and external cybersecurity subject matter expert to help VAR partners understand the unique value proposition of the Securiti’a security products and services. Requirements: • Extensive experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company. • Proven track record of building, enabling, and scaling partnerships across NAM markets, including and not limited to GSIs, value added resellers, distributors and implementation partners. • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity, data protection, or AI risk landscape, with the ability to translate complex technologies into partner value propositions. • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with measurable results. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms). • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events etc. Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Professional development opportunities
