Full Description

Role Description The Program Manager leads the execution of personalized owner welcome and engagement programs for new vehicle owners. This role manages ongoing programs that combine variable data, custom merchandise, direct mail, and fulfillment operations to deliver a premium new owner experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong program management, production coordination, budget ownership, and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end execution of new owner programs from planning through fulfillment • Coordinate variable data and personalization (owner data, testing, quality control) • Oversee production of custom merchandise, printed materials, and packaging • Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and fulfillment with external partners • Own program budgets, including estimates, POs, accruals, invoicing, and reconciliation • Partner with global suppliers, managing timelines, quality, and international logistics • Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors • Track timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs Qualifications • Experience managing data-driven marketing programs with variable data • Strong background in production management, direct mail, and custom merchandise • Proven budget and purchasing management experience • Comfortable working with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills Preferred • Experience with fulfillment operations and inventory management • Background in automotive, retail, or CRM/loyalty programs
