QUALIFICATIONS • Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics, operations, or high-touch service delivery in a fast-paced environment (sports, hospitality, travel, events, or similar), with a strong service mindset and willingness to do what it takes to support the team. Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in time-sensitive or unpredictable situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism to work effectively across players, staff, vendors, and partners. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to turn complex schedules and travel plans into a seamless, player-centered experience. • Able to work independently, take initiative and anticipate needs to ensure operational standards and team expectations are met. • Experience tracking expenses, managing invoices, or supporting operational purchasing processes with accuracy and accountability. • Enthusiasm for using technology to improve consistency and efficiency. • Full comfort with the realities of team travel, including frequent nights, weekends, holidays, and extended time away from Seattle during the NWSL season.
