Description Receptionist: Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guest or clients, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities • Answer phones • Route calls to specific department/programs • Answer inquiries about the Seattle Indian Center • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable • Schedule meetings and conference room • Coordinate office activities • Client Intake for various programs • Send email • Take and relay messages • Update appointment calendars • Schedule appointments • Call the Security if client is disruptive. Skills/Qualifications Telephone skills, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,verbal and written communication, Microsoft office skills..
