The Research Strategy & Executive Integration Director serves as a senior advisor and thought partner to Research Executive Leadership, supporting decision quality, leadership alignment, and organizational effectiveness across the Research enterprise. Operating in a highly confidential and pre-decisional environment, this role anticipates risk, builds trust, improves sequencing, and prepares leaders for complex decisions during periods of growth and change. This role works closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Research Operations Officer to advance executive and Board readiness, help prioritize competing demands, strengthen the effectiveness of Research governance groups, and improve the rhythm of the business so Research priorities, programs and initiatives align with system priorities and planning cycles. Acting as an integrator across functions, the Director helps surface issues early, align perspectives, and translate strategy into coordinated leadership action. While this role collaborates with the CSO and CROO on strategic communications in service of these goals, its primary focus is leadership enablement, governance support, enterprise-level integration and problem solving. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Communications, or related field. Eight (8) years progressive responsible experience in leadership, executive advisory, strategic planning, or consultant roles. Demonstrated experience supporting senior or executive leaders with business planning, strategic decision-making, or organizational initiatives. Demonstrated experience successfully leading or advising on complex, cross-functional initiatives, facilitating leadership discussions, and enabling decision-making under ambiguity. Required Credentials N/A Preferred Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Communications or related field. Twelve years progressively responsible experience in executive advisory, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise-level initiatives. Familiarity with continuous improvement, change management, or operational excellence frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, CPI, Kaizen) preferred. Compensation Range $118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
