Provide complex administrative support to executive leadership, manage confidential information, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare reports and presentations.
Minimum 5 years of high-level administrative experience supporting executives, with a preference for healthcare or project management experience, and a bachelor's degree.
• Provide administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature to executive leadership throughout the organization. • Requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise delegated decision making. Interfaces with high level internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion and initiative. • Exercises judgment to reflect executive's style and company policy, mission and values. • Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including highly confidential information. • Duties include exceptional customer service to customers and visitors; creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various department documents; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and arranging travel; entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations; coordinating and monitoring budget preparation; auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices; and managing workload required to complete projects. • Work involves responsibilities that are specific to the major business function. Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting a high level executive in a large organization OR 10 year’s minimum equivalent administrative experience. Compensation Range $38.81 - $58.21 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
